昨天，我在blog中发了一篇“<a href="http://www.wenbin.me/internet/joyo-dangdang-price-war.html" target="_blank">卓越当当死磕价格战，百种畅销书赔本卖！</a>”，评论中两位朋友表示都对这篇文章中的广告内容很反感。其中<em>roc1911</em>说这是一篇纯AD的文章，而<em>一日就是一天</em>则说：我操，通篇是广告链接。博主的良心大大地坏了！

确实，昨天这篇文章中在“当当网”和“卓越网”这两个关键词上用批处理的方式全部做了广告链接，可能让某些朋友感到反感，那么广告真的就一定影响用户体验，一定是不好的吗？

我来小谈一下广告与用户体验，并分享一下这篇文章的一些数据：

<p>确实，昨天这篇文章中在“当当网”和“卓越网”这两个关键词上用批处理的方式全部做了广告链接，可能让某些朋友感到反感，那么广告真的就一定影响用户体验，一定是不好的吗？</p>
<p>我来小谈一下广告与用户体验，并分享一下这篇文章的一些数据：</p>
<p>网站中的广告与用户体验在有些人看来是可能存在矛盾的。那是因为在国内确实广告这个词已经等同于垃圾，或者说国内的大部分广告都太急于将自己的产品 推销出去，甚至用各种方法强行推给你，那么这其中的绝大部分对于你来讲都是干扰项，其并没有为你提供实际的价值，并没有给你好的体验。</p>
<p>而事实上，好的广告完全可以是内容的一部分，甚至其本身就是内容。</p>
<p>那么什么是好的广告呢？——衡量其是否是用户所需要的。</p>
<p>如果是用户不需要的广告，那么再精彩的文案，再精彩的设计，再吸引人去点击也不是好的体验，也只是“垃圾”。想象着你正在浏览某个较比正规的网站，突然蹦出 一个成人用品广告，其图形设计十分撩人，而且你还必须得关掉它才能继续浏览网页，而当你点击广告又上角的“小叉子”关掉它的时候，却打开了这个广告的页 面，那个“小叉子”只不过是一个骗人的设计而已。一个成人用品页面瞬时打开，此时你的母亲正好过来关心一下你，看到这里&#8230;你会有什么感受？</p>
<p>而如果是用户正需要的广告呢？比如圣诞节快到了，你在某个社区看到了一个圣诞节礼品的广告，而且广告上的图片正好是你女朋友很想要的那只泰迪熊，同时这个打 广告的商家又正好在促销打折，那只泰迪熊比商店里的要便宜近一半。你会做什么呢？一定会第一时间过去了解详情，还可能会很开心的买下一个，在这里广告就是 用户所需要的，它为用户提供了有价值的内容。这样的广告甚至是用户很欢迎的。</p>
<p>那么，昨天那篇“<a href="http://www.wenbin.me/internet/joyo-dangdang-price-war.html" target="_blank">卓越当当死磕价格战，百种畅销书赔本卖！</a>”会是更倾向于那种情况呢？从数据看，我认为更倾向是后者，因为它给各位看官确确实实提供了价值。</p>
<p>下面分享有关这篇文章的两个数据：</p>
<p>1. 链接点击：文章PV=1.06</p>
<p>2. 通过连接点击并且付费的用户：文章PV*100%=4%</p>
<p>第一个数据说明，绝大部分比例的用户在阅读这篇文章的同时，打开了当当或卓越两家之中至少一家的页面链接，说明这篇文章所提供的内容是绝大部分用户所需要的，所感兴趣的。</p>
<p>第二个数据说明，平均每100次浏览中，就有4个人在当当或卓越进行了实际消费。作为付费这个门槛来讲，这个比例可谓不低，说明这篇文章其所提供的内容是非常之有价值的。</p>
<p>广告与用户体验其实并不矛盾，关键在于你怎样去用它～</p>

今天又看到麦当劳配合新一轮全面降价在淘宝网上推出了低价竞拍，每天以倒拍的形式以16.5元的价格让顾客拍得价值过千元的时尚商品，同时售卖两款麦当劳食品礼券，人气异常火爆。看来对于麦当劳来说，与经济危机，最大规模让利活动等等词汇相伴的是其在09年要大举扩张中国市场的信心。

一年一度的春节联欢晚会刚刚结束，作为全球收视观众最多的一场晚会，每年春节联欢晚会上那些短短几秒的广告都为CCTV赚得盆满钵满。2009年春晚零点报时的广告标的价为4300万元，而我最喜爱的春晚节目评选活动独家冠名标的价则定为6000万元。

不过今年我觉得最有看点的还是春晚上看到的互联网广告以及小品中的植入式广告。

<p>不过今年我觉得最有看点的还是春晚上看到的互联网广告以及小品中的植入式广告。</p>
<p>1. 百度的硬广：在大年三十这一天，如果你锁定了CCTV-1或者CCTV新闻频道，“一年又一年”的节目空档时就播放了百度公司的广告。而在互联网业内一直盛传，在央视曝光百度竞价排名后，百度以不低于500万元的价格购买了央视春晚的广告位或类似于“百度向全国人民拜年，xxx发来贺电”之类的形式出现。而实际上，除零点前的拜年由广州本田买下外，百度包下了之前几个时段的拜年广告，我预估这一项投入至少是8位数的广告费。</p>
<p>2. 相声中的植入式广告：姜昆的相声嵌入了招商银行和百度的广告（“以前上图书馆，现在百度一下”）。</p>
<p>3. 百度CEO李彦宏的超多镜头，可是我想广大中国人民认识这张脸的恐怕还不多。</p>
<p>4. 赵本山的植入式广告：最终赵本山没有植入先前大家预计的手机广告，而是植入了SOHU公司的广告，连说了两次“上搜狐”，虽然整晚都在百度，但在零点前本山大叔的压轴节目上喊上这么两嗓子“上搜狐”，百度可谓活生生地被搜狐给狠狠地插了一把啊。</p>
<p>虽然还不清楚这些广告后续的效果评估会是怎样的结果，但是如今广告植入已经盛行得无处不在，没被插过的真的不多了。</p>

其实在SNS网站上投放参与式广告并非是件新鲜事，51.com已经有一个团队在针对客户专门策划并实施在51.com上的参与式广告；而在校内网上，前段时间MOTO一款音乐手机的推广反响也不错。在SNS网站上展示类广告似乎普遍被认为价值不大，相比之下参与式广告的效果则会更好。当然参与式广告也存在一些问题，比如大多为定制化服务，比较难于标准化，开发等资源成本投入相对也较大。

<p>此次开心001上的参与式广告是投放在“争车位”这个App上。荣威550被标识为“广告车型”在购买时会有一段专属的介绍文字，同时你还可以点击“详细&gt;&gt;”进入荣威的官方网站了解，在价格上开心001上的虚拟标价与该车真实售价一致均为12.68万。今天当你在开心001上买下一辆荣威，谁敢说明天你不会真开一辆回来呢？这种参与式广告对用户的影响往往是潜移默化的。</p>

<p>在争车位之后，开心001上还有一个“买房子”的App，相信房地产广告进驻这个App应该也是顺理成章的事情。开心001在流量持续压倒校内网的同时，若能将房产，汽车这两类国民消费开支最大的商品广告拿下来，说明其聚集的白领群体价值已经开始向收入转化了。低调的开心001在这一步上又一次领先了。</p>

最近连续看到很多篇文章在攻击传统的网络广告——Banner广告之类，论点正确与否不论，以简单的监控手段和短期ROI数据来评判Marketing整体投资回报率的思路本身就还可以再讨论。网络营销在数据采集方面的即时、方便和丰富确实可以让我们对广告的实际效果有更多的了解，但是这些短期ROI数字本身只是事实的一个反映，而不是完整的事实，如果执迷于这些数字，而忘掉广告对于人潜意识影响的一面，以及对于受众长期行为影响的一面，其实很可能起到反效果。

 

首先，目前大部分监控系统都非常简单粗糙，不会统计不同Campaign在购物决策周期中的不同作用，没有区分新老客户订单，更不用说综合考虑产品毛利和客户终身价值，得出的数据往往非常扭曲。

<p>更进一步，就算是有了非常完整的监控模型，以目前的情况来说大部分监控还是基于click——也就是只监控那些点击了广告的用户产生的订单，这样对于Banner广告这种以传递Impression为主要功能的方式很不公平——大部分监控并没有考虑“看到过广告”对于消费者长期行为的影响。美国当前的陈列式广告点击率不到0.2%（中国应该也不会高多少——如果除去作弊流量），广告对于那99.8%的人产生的长期影响是不能被传统的监控和评估方式跟踪到的，这样就很难产生非常让人信服的结论。</p>

<p>今天看到了一份comScore出的report（可以<a href="http://www.comscore.com/downloads/How_Online_Advertising_Works.pdf"><span style="color: #0099cc;">点击这里下载</span></a>），有一些关于网络广告实际效果的监控数据（“看到过广告”会对消费者产生什么影响），调研的methodology也比较科学（相对于其他公司逻辑混乱的report而言），我节选翻译了几段，希望可以给大家一些参考。</p>

<p><strong>主要结论</strong></p>
<p>看到过广告可以</p>
<ul>
<li>增加46%的概率让用户在接下来4周中访问网站</li>
<li>增加38%的概率让用户在接下来4周中搜索你的品牌名称</li>
<li>增加27%的概率让消费者在线购买广告宣传的产品</li>
<li>增加17%的概率让消费者在广告中的商店购物</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>报告数据是如何得到的？</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><a href="http://www.comscore.com/"><span style="color: #0099cc;">comScore</span></a>在200万网民（100万在美国）的电脑上安装了他们的软件，软件记录了用户一切上网行为。这样采集的数据比其它公司基于cookies的调研要更全面和准确。</li>
<li>很多广告公司都在在线广告中加入了comScore的Tag，所以当那200万网民访问网站时，comSore可以知道他们看到了哪些广告。</li>
<li>comScore会将“看到过XX广告”和“没看到过XX广告”的族群进行对比。另外，为了保证对照组质量，comScore对于族群都做了筛选，保证测试组和对照组除了看到的广告不同之外，其他行为特征都非常近似（这点很重要）。</li>

<p>1. 看到过广告的人，比没有看到过广告的人，更有可能去你网站（虽然当时直接点击广告的人可能只有0.1%），差距达到46%（按行业分类的详细数据请参看原文）。差距会随着时间而缩小。</p>

<p>2. 可是，看过广告的人，去访问竞争对手网站的概率也会增加超过20%。（按行业分类的详细数据请参看原文），差距同样随着时间而缩小。</p>

<p>3. 挑我比较感兴趣的零售和服饰业来说，广告在给自己带来访问量的同时，也会给竞争对手带去<strong>类似的</strong>（稍小）的访问量（深蓝色代表广告主网站，浅蓝代表竞争对手网站）。</p>

<p>4. 看到过广告的人更有可能去搜索你的品牌。</p>

<p>6. 对于零售业而言，看到过广告的人更可能从你那里购物。对于电子商务网站来说，增幅高达42.1%，而对于实体店，增幅也有10.1%。（原文有更多数据）</p>

<p>7.  对电子商务网站来说，搜索引擎广告比陈列式广告效果更好，搜索引擎广告的展示可以提高购物概率121%，而陈列式广告只能提高42%。但是，陈列式广告往往能够比关键词广告产生更多的Impression（基本上是10:1的比例），所以综合起来看对于销售绝对值的提升，陈列式广告效果会比较明显。</p>

<p>8. 如果消费者看到过你的陈列式广告，又在搜索时看到了你的关键词广告，购物概率增加173%。</p>

这是最近在路边看到的蒙牛乳业的巨幅灯箱广告，从广告创意上可谓上乘，能够达到让人眼前一亮，同时又十分认同其广告所传递的信息。

<p>只是这样的广告是否来得太晚了一点？无论广告再怎样有创意，牛根生再怎样泪喊保护民族工业，产品的质量仍然是根本。三聚氰胺仍然让很多人心有余悸。</p>
<p>只有“这一管”才是消费者所关心的，“层层监管”不过是产品生产，保障，营销的工具与砝码而已。</p>
